On May 13, 2022, at approximately 7:54 p.m. State Police in Rochester working Operation G.I.V.E., ( Gun Involved Violence Elimination) observed a vehicle with both the driver and front passenger not wearing their seat belts. Troopers pulled over this vehicle on Hollenbeck Street and spoke to the driver and passenger, Brandon Statham, age 30, of Rochester, NY.

Whatever happened to your taillight is out.
or non-illuminated license plate.
So I guess they get the arrest and two juicy tickets.
