I think Judge Hann did not get the memo. The subject is supposed to be released on their own recognizance.

this is why Im telling everyone to go check their insurance policy. See how much you're paying or need to pay to increase your underinsured or UNinsured policy. If you have the NYS minimum, which is $25K/$50K, thats all you'll get from YOUR insurance, because this is a no-fault state. You will be screwed.

Increase that amount to the max you can afford. when we crashed, We had $75K/$150K, that should be your bare minimum.

call your insurance person ASAP and fix that part of your policy, TRUST ME, God Forbid you'll ever need it, but if you do, you'll be thanking that whacky guy on a gun forum

100 percent agreed. Have had that since an accident years ago, worth every penny.

Me too, just took my kid sliding into an intersection, (5 accidents at that intersection in 6 hours), and hitting a caddy then being hit by a jeep.
