There are only ND’s.
Not true, AD are due to a mechanical failure of the gun, such as a sig p320 getting bumped wrong or dropped just right causing the gun to go off.

Depending, but the way the gun getting bumped isn't what makes it the accident, its the fact that the internal safety mechanism (or in the case of the p320, weight of the trigger with no physical stop like glocks/smiths/fn/cz and so on) fails
Also not all drops are negligent, could be going hands on with someone and the gun gets dropped while struggling.
Ok maybe maybe you can still call that negligent to some degree but thats a stretch

No actually, this is still a "NEGLIGENT" discharge, but the culpability shifts from the person in possession of the firearm, to it's manufacturer! There is and are NO accidental discharges, period!

Whats also funny is, in that 3 hour class I shot about 90 rounds even.. let's see lets do the math.. 850÷90 would equal 9.4, so at 90 rounds a class it would take 9.4 classes to get up to 850 rounds... I wonder how many hours that would be...
9.4 x 3 = .... checking checking checking... 28.2 hours hhahaha soooo 18.8 hours less to get the same round count as your rent a cop class
Better example would be say a beretta 92 with the decocker.. if I was to decock the gun on a live round (as it is designed to be used) and the firing pin block somehow didn't block the firing pin and the gun goes off, that would be an AD not a ND

Also a big part of that is in depth A35 which wouldn’t apply to your fake “classes”. I’ll take the State Division Of Criminal Justice Services class holds a tad more water than your “we accept any blowjob with $100” class.

The jury is still out on the 320 for me. I daily carried a 320c for two years with the updated trigger and it never shot *me.* The claims that the updated version is still going off in holsters was enough for me to retire it to the safe. I was lucky enough to find a Glock 19 through all of this and now that is my daily carry. Maybe after the dust has settled I'll carry the 320 yet again. Sucks too because I LOVED that gun and was genuinely built much better than the Glock. At least the Glock won't blow my leg off when I remove my seat belt.
