State trooper arrested for issuing more than 30 falsified traffic tickets and documents

“Cooping somewhere”….I think you mean to say; “Jerking off with a dohnut somewhere!”On the Sprain and Taconic? If he couldnt legitimately fill his quota, he was cooping somewhere and never watched those roads.
Anyone want to tell me again that there isn't a quota system for tickets in any state, city, town or village? lolOur NYS Troopers issuing Bogus tickets...nothing new, that's been SOP forever with LEO's..

NY state trooper arrested for issuing bogus traffic tickets
The state trooper wrote dozens of fake tickets in Westchester County for cars he never pulled over. One of the tickets was allegedly made out against a person who was already dead.www.fox5ny.com
No,thats not what I meant to say. I said cooping, I dont try to imagine what a person is doing when they are cooping, but you seem to have a vivid imagiation.“Cooping somewhere”….I think you mean to say; “Jerking off with a dohnut somewhere!”
Right? If I was arrested by him last year for "possession" of whatever.... how hard would it be for a good lawyer to vacate that conviction based in the flawed character of the officer?Gee, he writes a bunch of bullshit tickets and once caught, everyone has a cow. I want to know how much evidence he planted in the vehicles of cars he actually did pull over. How many innocent people got shafted because he wanted to impress the brass with his amazing arrest numbers ?

On the other hand, if he couldn't find legitimate speeders on the Taconic, he definitely wasn't going to find a criminal.Right? I'm not saying that every cop is a bad cop, so before Truebeliever and his friend start telling us why all of this is an example of proactive policing, I just want to know why he's not learning the phrase "Welcome to WalMart" or "Would you like to super size that order for just a quarter more ?" Cops like this should be nowhere near a badge, a gun, or ANY type of authority. I'm absolutely willing to bet every thing I own on the fact that these tickets are NOT the first thing he's falsified in his line of duty. Any takers ? I hope the local lawyers take a good hard look at EVERY arrest and traffic ticket this guy had any part in. When they find an "irregularity" , and I'm sure they will, I hope they bankrupt the department, the town, and the DA that went along with this horseshit.Right? There are no such thing as ticket quotas.
This guy was just really motivated.![]()

Westchester-based NY state trooper arrested for allegedly falsifying traffic tickets
A New York State trooper based out of Troop K was arrested for allegedly falsifying two dozen traffic tickets.eu.lohud.com
"Trooper Daniel McMorris, who investigated the case, explained in charging documents that Troop K regularly monitors its officers for performance-related goals in the issuance of traffic tickets. Troopers who do not meet expectations or whose productivity falls below their peers "may be counseled," he said."
Wow.. soooo he just straight out admitted they do in fact have ticketing quotas.
Because while the union should be suing him for the damage he has done to their members credibility, they are going to defend him instead.I'm not saying that every cop is a bad cop, so before Truebeliever and his friend start telling us why all of this is an example of proactive policing, I just want to know why he's not learning the phrase "Welcome to WalMart" or "Would you like to super size that order for just a quarter more ?" Fourth! If a prosecutor proceeds to convict the "trooper" then every ticket he ever wrote, every arrest he ever made, and every court case he testified in become tainted and his testimony could be impeached. Can you imagine how much that would cost the county or state? This will end up in a pretty sweet plea deal, a resignation and he will keep his pension.First, wrong forum
Second your title is misleading. It was 1 Trooper.
Third, definitely not SOP but whatever you wanna think troll.
Remember: Twitter did not "shadow ban" they used "visibility filtering"."Troopers who do not meet expectations or whose productivity falls below their peers "may be counseled," he said."
