A victory lap for common historical practice? The restraining orders are temporary and historical. Those that have demonstrated the potential for violence, even in 1776-1791 and after, have had their muskets confiscated in such situations to be sort out. Now the mindset today with the like of Miss James is how do we put everyone under an order of protection indefinitely. Or can we make it a felony to be under such order. That is what their talking about in the back rooms of Albany. The over reach.
The fix is simply to restore any citizen to full rights after adjudication or time served of a felony.
