Based on her statement, I would say she seems to be taking Judge Suddaby's decision personally. It would not bother me if she completely loses her shit, and ends up in a padded cell.

She’s looked but refuses to admit that or speak of it. If she does she knows she has nothing to stand on. That’s why it took her this long to even admit that you needed a permit in NYS to carry a gun.
