She publicly condemns the Hamas attack and flies the Israeli Flag. She condemns the pro-Hamas rally held in NYC.

She acknowledges the insurgency of foreign invaders into our state and acknowledges they have not been vetted and we just don't know who these people are and cries for better control at the border.

Yet she insists we remain defenseless while insurgents celebrate the savagery that has taken place against civilians in Israel. We are but a sliver away from the same thing happening here.

THE BLOOD THAT IS TO COME WILL BE ON HER HANDS.

Measure all of these people by their deeds and not their words.

The court rarely ever gets involved with this type of filing. It likes to see and new brief filed and oral arguments presented. So, until the court is in favor of leftists, it will be wash, rinse and repeat. NY will not comply with any unfavorable ruling from SCOTUS. There are no consequences except elections. A Trump AG could sue the state for non compliance like the democrat admins did with border states. But I don't think that will make NY comply.

It may be that the AWB may fall before the ammo NICS law.................those cases are on the SCOTUS doctet..........in any case a sandwich is on the way to Albany, in time, from SCOTUS again.

Do you honestly think NY cares what the courts have to say? Any decision made they will ignore, call unjust and pass more blatant restrictions in light of. The more favorable gun decisions are the more the servants will be punished.
If a AWB was found unconstitutional at SCOUTS, NY would just say fine since background checks, training and licenses are acceptable, its $100K for the license and1000 hours of training in a state run facility that is in nowhereville. See you in 10 years to hash out the infringements of it all, have a nice day.
