Should that somehow come to pass I would like to see all of the red counties in NY declare they are no longer part of NY. To hell with this idea that they need the permission of the tyrants to throw off the yoke. Just tell 'em "Sorry, but you're too stupid to be running the place so we reject you".
Since a majority of the National Guard in NY would come from places not affiliated with the cesspools I doubt she'd have any way of forcing them back into the PRNY.
