Steel challange match Groton NY

So I decided to check around the localish area to see when some matches will be starting. Turns out the 26th of this month the Cortland Pistol Club is having a Steel Challange match and I've been wanting to get into that more than anything since last year when I decided to start competition shooting.

So looks like I'll be giving that a shot (weather depending)

Also going to be shooting carry optics with my carry 19

Hey nice yea I should have put up a link to the details lol. But I see you already found them.

Itd be fun to see you there. I talked to the club and I guess "shooters that have never shot at their club before" they would like to have them (us?) show up an hour and a half prior to the start of the match for a safety briefing.

So 8:30am. And it is weather dependent, so they also said to keep an eye on the facebook page and website incase it is canceled..

I've given myself about an hour commute this year to try and get a few more matches in and different options and found this one at the end of the month

@Kirk_STNY looks like the following saturday (Feb 8th 10am) Pine city will also be having a steel challange match.

I'm working on trying to swing both matches.. I'll for sure be at the one in Cortland (weather permiting) and then hoping to hit the pine city one the following week
