Time and time again, when Hochul the Horrible tries to enact something that is clearly unconstitutional. Naturally, it ends up going to court. How much does throwing leftist shit at the wall to see what sticks cost us taxpayers?

Ehhhhh, something wrong in that article. Multiple things mean mentioned a "Law" to change the Constitution if the State. And that's not how it works here in NY. Every 20 years the State votes on whether or not to hold a Constitutional Convention which would open it to any change submitted, seconded, and voted on at the Convention ,carried by so many votes, etc. The article says in 2021 there was an attempt to pass a law amending the Constitution...

This isn't the issue right now. Now we have to be concerned with Democrats switching parties to vote in GOP primaries and states that may change laws allowing it. It's clear Biden couldn't be moved out and so there will be no Democratic party primary. Democrat donors are supporting Nikki as well as super PACS. All they have to do is flood Democrats into GOP primaries and choose their GOP swamp creature.
