I demoed more drop ceilings (silica ceiling tiles), plaster walls that were mixed with asbestos from the old days, and just plain concrete; without any masks, that I shake my head at my own ignorance. When we are young we think we are invincible.

No, that was eating lead paint chips. The other hazardous product I've dealt with in construction for 25 years that nobody ever warned me about when I was younger.
