Unless Sidney Powell made a grievous error in her court filing posted here (which I doubt), she identifies the leaker to Ignatius of the Flynn call with the Russian Ambassador – not as the familiar FBI General Counsel James Baker – but as Col. James Baker who worked with Halper at the DOD Office of Net Assessment at the Pentagon.
This Baker is someone who I – who have followed this scandal as closely as anyone – do not recall ever encountering before.

With the latest filing by Flynn's lawyer the logical conclusion is that Barr is feeding her information. How else could she obtain this information?
