The cop with the taser was able to drop the taser and get his gun, while the other two cops ran.
I cant tell if the cop in the distance even had his gun out.

Anyone else notice a correlation that the more cut and dry an incident is the better the video quality is. I keep going back to that one where they tried to make him crawl on his knees and shot him in the hallway. That was some shitty ass video footage. But Everytime I've seen a good shoot it's been crisp video with legible audio.

At 1:19 did he get hit with a rifle from somewhere? The audio clips like there was a really loud gun and you can see a huge blood spray go vertical and a bullet hole/blood in the wall.

Could be. Could also just be a weird recoil and the sound was the round hitting off the building. When typical cameras are involved sounds like gunshots do some weird things because the camera mic is trying to level the sound out.
The angle doesn't look right either. The impact on the wall is too high relative to where he would be and where the rifle shooter would be unless he's prone behind a squad car.

Its really hard to tell the sequence, I was looking for brass, but its hard to see , I was looking for recoil But its also hard to see. It looks like At one point the officer on the right may have been moving out of the line of fire from an officer behind him . ( with a rifle?) Don't know.Once the suspect is down he moves closer only to duck his head and run to the right
