SCOTUS has declared that women have no right to make personal medical decisions. Even to save their own lives.

And the least, SCOTUS should have upheld the human right to get an abortion if its necessary to prevent the death of the mother, or serious physical injury.

SCOTUS made no such ruling and left it up to the states. Many said roe v wade was passed on shaky ground to begin with. If you actually look at roe many states are going way beyond what was declared a women's right to privacy not their explicit right to an abortion. This is misunderstood by many. The federal government should not have the power it does and the Supreme Court is rightly handing it back to the states. Yes this will cause more division and don’t worry NYS will allow you to kill babies until they are delivered and cord is cut.

You are new here and you are not impressing anyone with this post. If you bothered to read anything at all you would know the supreme court made no such declaration. They simply said the constitution does not mention abortion therefore it is an issue that should be resolved at an individual state level. Period. So now it is up to the voters and their representatives in each state to determine the law on abortion. Red states will look to ban or limit it. Blue states like NY will continue with abortion pretty much on demand. With your throwaway line about "the human right to get an abortion" I wonder what kind of nonsense regarding guns you believe in.

So now you think the government gets to decide how much toilet paper I get to use, how many glasses of water I can drink, what goes on my dinner table because abortion on demand was disallowed? This is clearly a two year old pouting because we didn’t go along with what he said about abortion.
Clearly the government has no power over our day to day decisions and the right to life, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of happiness in my mind has that covered. I wonder where that phrase can be found??
