All good really choices so far. Another one that’s up there are KAC but they’re pretty difficult to get ahold of at times and KAC is also in the process of redoing their line of rifles and suppressors. KAC will be phasing out their SR-15/SR-16 line and it will be replaced with their new KS-1 line which will utilize the new URX6 rail.

With the three you have it narrowed down to, SF is the most different than the others. Definitely a more robust can, but it’ll be chunkier and definitely not Ti. CGS and Huxwrx (Formally OSS) are very similar. I’ve been thinking about scooping up the new Huxwrx FLOW 556K, it’s been really solid but it’s not a .30cal can like you said you’re thinking about getting.

Yeah surefire really only makes it to the short list because of how ubiquitous it is, muzzle devices for everything and track record. I'm really interested in the hux/oss cans. Haven't really seen anything negative about them.
Weight is a big factor, and you don’t realize it until you attach it to the end of you barrel…which is literally the worst place you could add weight. The further out the weight (barrel length), the heavier it feels due to leverage. That’s why it’s always a compromise of full-size cans vs wanting a smaller can to help with the weight. It’s all a balance.
