The court's majority said allowing agencies to enforce laws with fines adjudicated in-house improperly concentrates power within the executive branch. Its minority warned of "momentous consequences."

It's another stupid decision once you go through it. The Supreme Court said claims that are the kind of claims that are normally done in court, like fraud claims, get a jury. But new types of claims -- the example given is OSHA claims -- get no jury.

The traditional way to enforce Fed law, is by the local Federal District Court, thru the local Fed Attorney who prosecutes the specific fed law violated............not the Chevron Decision created Deep State.

Bundy I and Bundy II cases ended up in Fed court and exonerations resulted from the Jury trials.
