Good to see this. Now the SC needs to take up the NYS shit to clarify the sensitive places and the date range for history. A few other things need to be clarified like how many make it a tradition and what’s allowed under permitting. I’d love to see the SC say no to the burdens on FFLs, NK TK ammo background checks, no to long guns permits, no to the time and cost of some permits, and no to listing all our pistols or guns on any state permit because that’s a gun registry. I would also love for them to strike down safe and say you can’t ban NFA items in a state.
