In this video I discuss a recent bill introduced in New York seeking to allow private citizen lawsuits against the firearms industry and gun owners. This bill mirrors the Texas law upheld by the Supreme Court.

Nice try, NY. But, if it is based on product liability, then a properly functioning (read: non-defective) legal product used inappropriately by an individual does not create liability for the manufacturer.

The supreme court was a mistake. If there ever is a "great reset" we should get rid of this branch of government with no accountability and unlimited power to make law from the bench.

The problem is not the supreme court its our failed leaders in courts to defund them. That is the check. If they fuck up just defund them. But has congress done that? No because they are just as corrupt.

Two separate line items, also I am referring to SCOTUS not local courts. Those judges get voted in for terms.

and other judges in our system should be voted on with term limits .. not appointed like all the other Courts in NYS ..

we already vote for our local judges .. they all should be equal and subject to be voted in or out .. by we the people ..

i would even say the leader of DEC should be voted on .. not appointed ..

we prolly could go on more on who in the ABC agencies should be voted on and not appointed ..

The only think lacking with regard to the S.C. is the ability to remove them when they stray from their mandate.

Their job is to make sure Laws are in agreement with the Constitution.

They are failing, miserably.

Each and every one of them need to be impeached.

Politicians who attempt to fill a S.C. post by placing someone who is obviously biased need to be impeached as well.
