In short.. the EPA was follwing a rule that, declared that all waters in the country were under their control..even you little backyard pool or a ditch or a swampy part of a farm....
That actually is a illegal taking of property, without conpensation or logic.

This applies to all departments and Agencies and Bureaus that issue decrees......
Unless Congress passes a law......................the agencies NOW cannot be left to interpret the law by themselves...reversing the old bureaucratic idea that agencies and better off handling the business of the people and congress...like arm braces, CRT triggers, electric vehicles, C02 emissions etc.........
EPA wants to ban all hot rod, racing vehicles.......... and NASCAR would only be able to race emission equipped vehicles............ and your hot rod will be cut off.

It's a shame... Because Congress isn't any help either! It would be ok if these acronym agencies didn't take freedoms they have enjoyed to extremes. And that is the problem today, like the ATF, is a direct response to the Legislature NOT wanting to take action, so the Executive passes directive down the line and whoola! Bypass Congress and enact your own defacto law by decree...
So yeah, it's a good thing, but I feel ultimately in the long run will be problematic to fix things because Congress needs to actually DO SOMETHING!!! They're useless empty fucking suits!
