This was the right ruling. It never should have even got to this point. He has not been convinced in any court of insurrection. It is unjust to hold someone accountable to penalties for actions they have not been convicted of. Full stop.

This was added to the constitution after the civil war. The South/ Southern politicians, were considered Insurrectionists This was added to the constitution to protect the Union . It doesnt really apply to Trump. Unless your a fucking liberal lawyer . And there was no insurrection .
Whether you think there was an insurrection or not, the key is trump hasn't been tried and convicted in a court. (To the best of my knowledge no one has been actually charged with insurrection). These left wing assholes just simply state it as if that's all that is required. If that's the new standard then it's obvious Biden is a corrupt traitor and he should be removed from the ticket.
