I can find no SCOTUS link to this action yesterday, back to 4th Circuit, but back in 2022 after Bruen.

Last info I can find is Dec 2022 on the matter.

Yeah, I've actually stopped watching his channel.
He seems intelligent, and up on what is going on, but the constant barrage of fake sensationalist headlines that do not accurately describe what he's talking about, and the substance is usually just another re-hash of stuff that was covered before, makes it a complete waste of time.
