Supreme Court Rules that SEC Judges are Unconstitutional

This is a tough one, that hopefully some one here can better explain.

I am confident that this is a WIN, because my favorite Lesbian Elena Kegan has once again joined ranks with the conservatives (Obama regrets appointing HER !).

Leaving only the bitter Racist Sotomayer and the Alzheimer Poster-Child Ginsburg to dissent.

I have to wonder if Kagan is making an attempt to appear moderate. If Trump gets a couple more justices on the Supreme court, she may be trying to be in position to influence rulings of less than liberal ideals. If that's her game, I hope she fails.

This case was a super-technicality. Basically if the SEC brings you up on charges, you have a trial at the SEC in front of an SEC judge. Not in court. (Criminal stuff is always in court; SEC charges are always civil)

The SEC was appointing judges the wrong way by simply hiring them. They need to be appointed by the SEC commissioners who are in turn named by the President.

Simple facts, technical explanation, a lot of cases just got reversed. Unless you are insider trading, front running securities, running a Ponzi scheme, or similar, it won’t affect you in the slightest.
