She was passed up and demoted for jobs and now she can sue. Prior to this the majority group needed to have special circumstances to be able to bring a lawsuit in 20 states and DC, but not anymore. If you were straight or white you couldn’t even sue equally prior to this ruling. Another liberal judge was writing the majority decision what’s up with the liberal judges these days? Are they ruling with common sense so the democrats can win again because the dems can’t help themselves?

That’s what the law was and this ruling reversed that you needed special circumstances to sue if you were straight or white. This is good news and possibly signals the end to affirmative action or companies risk getting sued now just for that. What surprised me more is the liberal judge that supported it and wrote the majority opinion.
