This will never happen. If the Justices viewed and interpreted the Constitution as set forth by the Founders it would mean a drastic reduction of power especially at the Federal level. This will never be allowed. The government will never give up power.

Could not be closer to any truth.

I cannot imagine what the US would be if all set forth by them was true reality today...

it's a sad state of affairs to be sure. That's why we're doomed. This has been a long game being played against the citizens for about 100 years. How can we compete against that? It's very telling how SCOTUS addresses gun cases only after the mass shootings and when there are no mass shootings keeps them on the back burner.
This is why I no longer give a shit about Republican and Conservative nerratives. It's all hollow drivel that has nothing to do with realities.

So they end up subject to the Leftist mobs anyway.

They might as well expand the occupied territory in D.C. to cover the Supreme Court, also. The Federal Government has pretty much become the King in the loony bin. They can make their decrees, sign their edicts, and parade around like they are emperor of the world, while the rest of us just laugh at the crazy people in the nut house and go on about our lives.
They've stopped being relevant the day they decided not to uphold our Constitution.

Yeah I'm pretty sure if a cop in NY sees you walking around with a rifle on your shoulder you're going to jail. That's bullshit. Long gun open carry isn't a thing in NY.

? Like when hunters come out of the woods and walk along the road back to their truck? I’ve done it hundreds of times and spoken to local and state police driving by in their cars, no arrests, no statements of illegalality.
