WOW........So they finally decided to hear a 2A case..they seemed to be really trying to avoid this topic for ages..........

Its also unusual to make the announcement on a Monday. They usually wait till Friday for announcing cases.

anyways, someone tag me when the case gets voted on. I’m hoping for the right decision but SCOTUS has been pretty disappointing lately.

SCOTUS will decide the case correctly, but with such a narrow scope and so much wiggle room that the lower courts can continue to do whatever they want.

This guy will get relief. Anyone else who wants it better have the cash to run their case all the way up from scratch again.
