Yarrabee Farms co-owner and manager Dane Lang clarified Wednesday afternoon that the farm did not use a federal E-Verify check on suspect Cristhian Rivera.

Lang said Rivera provided a state-issued photo identification and social security card. “We learned that our employee was not who he said he is.”

Let's not get lost in the weeds here. An illegal immigrant killed a native born US citizen. He should not have been here. Out immigration policies have completely and utterly failed. Build the wall. Deport the illegals. Then fix e-verify.
