That’s my definition of a weapon. When I contacted a conservation officer about firearm certification I called it a weapon, he was wise and told me that.
It’s just as annoying as when someone calls a rifle with a pistol grip an assault rifle.

So so so if say I had a class 3 license, and i was able to build my own full auto fun guns and I built one in say idk 25- 45 sharps It wouldn't be considered an assault rifle because that intermediate round isn't a military round?
