The #Taliban not only seized appr. a hundred US humvees and (MaxxPro) MRAPs at Kunduz airport, but also several US ScanEagle drones. Billions of US tax payer $ going to Islamist extremists, thanks to the administration's hasty withdrawal without a peace deal or follow up mission.

The sheer amount of vehicles raises the question if anyone ever used them after they were paid and transferred by the US ...
Now every Taliban fighter gets his own Ford, Toyota, Humvee or MRAP.

Is it too much to expect the military to return the vehicles and weapons as part of the withdrawal plan so the Taliban doesn't get them? Ok so maybe not all the vehicles can be returned. We could at least ruin them. But to lose things like the drones..... how does that happen?

These are not captured weapons. They are left behind on purpose, because Taliban is expected to attack bordering former Soviet Republics of Central Asia. Russian military pledged to defend them. There are Russian military bases still there. We are back to cold war and in the long run all will lose, because of our disgraced foreign policy.
