Talk me out of it - AR 10

Found a place I can get a matched receiver set for an AR 10 for a reasonable price. I don't need one. But I kinda want one. I already have 4 Grendel's which is enough gun for anything I'd use it for.

I'd have to part ways with a couple of items to fund the build though. Maybe even one of my 15s.

dpms Gen1 pattern is pretty popular. like you said, many caliber options.
get a carbine in 17" with a 358 winchester hammer and you are ready for the largest game anywhere.

Plan on spending about 700 more to finish it. I would definitely go with an adjustable gas block. The bigger ARs tend to be overgassed.
