The girl was a 19 year old adult. She okayed the interaction whether she really liked him or liked him enough to willingly play along to want to keep her job.
This happens every day with employers and employees. It’s not illegal to flirt with an employee. Many relationships are made that way that eventually lead to marriage.

I've never quite understood this whole thing.
Porn is a legal profession, and even prostitution in some places. How can that be reconciled with a system that outlaws sexual harrassment ?
Is the casting couch legal for the porn industry ?
Can a "normal" job just have some terms added to the job description ?
If it's legal for a contract in the porn industry to say "you will give this guy a blowjob as a condition of your employment" why isn't it legal to add that to a secretarial contract ?
Could a regular corporate HR department add some porn like clauses into their employee handbooks to insulate themselves from sexual harrassment lawsuits ?
Now, I'm not advocating anything here, and any company that values its workforce will want to eliminate any sexual harrassment, but how is it a legal issue ?

If he does, it’s up to me to be offended by it and report him or up to me to show it to him because I like him and or the job. If I made the conscious effort to show him, I consented. There was no gun to my head.
If I do want to keep the job but not show him, I can report him to whatever authority governs that. And if I’m fired anyway, I can sue for compensation.
