In honor of Fair season, opening day of squirrel season and those nasty chamber flies this months challenge is:
Carnie shooting games, squirrels and flies challenge.
Rules
Challenge must be completed in the same range session as it was started.
Entries must be shot and posted between 1-30 September
Print on 8.5x11 sheet of paper (should fill full sheet)
Pictures of target need to be clear and unobstructed ( nothing on the target that obscures any portion of the target).
Only one target may be entered per category. Once you enter a target set it is your score for that category. Any additional targets posted will be for "kudos" only. You may enter one to all categories if you wish.
Final tie breaker is date and time of entry.
Information required with each entry (any target submitted without the information below will not be considered):
Picture of target with the following information (examples given):
Description of gun ( Remington 783, 38-06, 12-56x56 Simmons super spotter scope)
Distance (100 yards)
Stance or rest used (sandbag front and rear)
Caliber/Cartridge (.30-06 Springfield)
Load used (750 gr SHPBT, 59.5 grains H9002sc, CCI primer)/ whatever factory load you used.
Date (32 Juvember 2317).

10 Yard Rimfire Pistol Stance: Free Style
10 Yard Pistol Stance: Free style
25 yard Rifle Stance: Off Hand
50 yard Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) Stance: Freestyle or Bench Rest
100 yard Rifle Stance: From the Bench/ Bench Rest / Prone
100 yard no magnification Red dot/iron sight rifle stance: From the Bench/ Bench Rest/ Prone
200 yard Rifle Stance: From the bench/Bench Rest/Prone
300 yard Rifle Stance: From the bench/Bench Rest/Prone
Course of fire:
Squirrel target: one shot per bull, 6 shot total.
Fly Target: one shot per fly 10 shots total.
Shooting gallery target: either the long version (8.5x14) with the girls on it or the condensed version (8.5x11) may be used for the challenge. The rings are the same size on both styles. One shot per bull 10 shots total.

SR1 target: 10 shots
Yellow ring target: 10 shots 50 yard PCC, 5 shots 300 yard rifle
Scoring:
SR1/ring/shooting gallery/squirrel targets: Score rings are on the target, a hit on the line counts for the higher score. A hit in the X counts as 10/1x. Any extra shots on the target remove the same number of the highest value shots.
Fly target: hit the diamond with the fly in it 3 points, wing hit 5 points, body hit 10 points. Extra shots -10 per shot. (Leg hits count a 3 points).
Target to use:
10 yard rim fire and center fire pistol use the fly target.
25 and 200 yard rifle use the squirrel target
50 yard PCC and 300 yard rifle use the yellow ring target.
100 yard rifle use the shooting gallery target
100 yard no mag red dot/ iron sight use SR1
