My 2 cents, Cop did not look or sound like he was in fear for his life ... And as a gun owner i find it very concerning a cop can shoot at you just for having a gun. There are instances where a lawful gun owner may not hear the commands of law enforcement. That means he can shoot you?

My point is the presence of a gun can not be deemed automatic green light to shoot anyone. real, fake, other its a dangerous precedent that no gun owner should take lightly.
