I got that one wrong too. Really not the best quiz, is it really important to know that he didn't sign or which name was spelled incorrectly? I would have liked to see more in-depth questions in terms of the constitutional process, ratification, etc.

The people that make these quizzes are not too swift.

5th Grade Exam? Cute, but not tough enough, although I did get the year wrong, lol, knew it was in the 80's, but was a shear guess and guessed wrong. 9/10 therefore... And yeah, not sure why, but knew the PA thing... Was it in Trivial Pursuit? Lolz...
