If there was evidence of voter fraud greater than that number why wasn't the Primary ruled invalid and a new one set up?
How do you recover from something like that? You can't leave the winner in place to profit from the potential fraud, unless you know, for a fact, that the fraud was perpetrated to support "the other guy".
For the National election, if Biden wins, but there is enough fraud suspected to render is victory moot, then he cannot be allowed to be inaugurated.
