IDK, you were doing a lot of yelling last night.

if he does veto something like this (if it makes it to his desk) then yes i will eat my words
but the fact that him and Dian Fienstienne are saying the exact same thing......... i wish i lived in GOP dudes fanticy world where i hate government ruling over me unless its the right doing it and then im ok
Probably nothing. There was lots of talk from many. Lots of from my cold, dead hands BS that'll never happen.wait what did i miss last night?
It used to be 21, became 18 in 1971. In my opinion, this only favored the Democrats. But apparently democrats want the voting age to go down to 16...............
absolutely, because young kids are typically more liberal and idealistic (live in fantasy land, not the real world that pays taxes). It used to be 21, became 18 in 1971. In my opinion, this only favored the Democrats.
And since kids aren't expected to grow up anymore....absolutely, because young kids are typically more liberal and idealistic (live in fantasy land, not the real world that pays taxes).
I think the political reality is, if the Republicans want to maintain the majority in the House and Senate, some type of legislation will get passed. I do not see the 21 year old age requirement for purchase of an AR platform rifle with military style features as the end of the world, any more than it is for handguns. In fact, it is the smallest step I can perceive. You would still be able to lawfully purchase, own, possess and use for lawful purposes. Anyone who thinks life would have been better with Hillary as Pres better snap outta their coma.BTW, Congress has to pass these laws. The ATF is involved as well. This is not just a stroke of the pen kind of thing.
Does anyone really think Congress is going to do something?
21 for Alcohol ? Yes
21 for Firearms ? Yes (reluctantly)
21 for Voting ? HELL YES !!
Raising the VOTING AGE to 21 would be a Game-Changer.
I was just about to say: make it all consistent and raise it all to 21...especially voting. Idiots voting does far more damage to our nation than anything else.
Um, nothing in the Bill of Rights is age determined! Nor should it be!
YES
I was not clear in my proposal.
IT'S PACKAGE DEAL - NOT A LA CARTE.

Maybe we should stop seniors from doing all this as well at a certain age. Maybe once they reach 65 or 70. They are out of touch at that age, their driving skills suck, most couldn't shoot straight. I can't imagine too many of these elders being able to handle their liquor. Yeah, let's have a minimum and a maximum age on all of these things.

Sounds pretty offensive when looked at from both ways.
Hell, the seniors in this country bother me more than the youngers do.
Yup. I couldn’t vote to end the war I was drafted to fight.
See if that sticks forty years from now.
Aye.
And to fight a War the Government was unwilling to win.
Personally, I think he knows it is wrong, sorta doesn't give a crap, bargains away 2A rights easily, and is counting on Paul Ryan and House Republicans to stop it. Could be a dangerous good cop, bad cop game he plays.Anyone wanna bet that this new age limit thing does not happen????
Wait, we're not doing that thing where your messiah is called out and you switch to "OH YEAH, WELL WHAT HAVE YOU DONE HMMMMMMMMMM!?" again are we?
That shit failed with the NRA apologists, and will fail here to..
Deflection. (n)Yvonne
