Then the kids are free to return any time.Exactly. And these kids weren't here illegally because they are US citizens....
Then the kids are free to return any time.
Provided they come in with an adult who is entering legally.
The mother needs to go either way. She's not a citizen. A US citizen who has committed no crimes has a right to be here. If she chooses to take the child with her, that should be her choice. If she chooses not to then we move on to other routes, that doesn't mean we deport a legal US citizen. What would *you* suggest should have happened ?
What would the kids lawyer even request ? It's not like you can just release the kid to his own devices while the parents get sent back.
And we absolutely *can't* allow the "anchor baby" to remain in effect. Mom doesn't have a "get out of deportation free" card just because she dropped some crotch fruit on this side of the border.
You're not wrong, but i don't know why you think they weren't offered that choice. The constitution differs. All US citizens have a right to remain in the country, barring extradition for a crime, even then it goes through courts. Your parent not being a US citizen isn't YOUR crime, and no citizen is responsible for others crimes, just your own.

Whay do we do with them? The same thing we do for other US citizen minors who no longer have guardians (say both parents die in a car crash or similar). Namely a new guardian must be appointed, either by court order or through existing legal arrangements. If there is no established legal framework, the court will appoint a suitable relative or, if necessary, place the child in foster care.
If JoAnna St. Germain is not arrested this week, I may lose all hope.
A Wisconsin man lost his bid before a federal appeals court to set aside his 3-year prison sentence for threatening to kill then-President Barack Obama. The threats first appeared on Facebook, and were then made verbally to anybody who would listen, including to Secret Service agents.

How is this any different ?
BTW, are we talking BIOLOGICAL woman here? Or is this more violence from a Transgender.
The Chinese have been doing it for years, maybe even decades...they have a whole industry of tourism for pregnant women to come to America just before they pop...bastardization and misrepresentation of the facts of the Law have allowed this to become standard practice. Then the kids are free to return any time.

Agreed. It’s a slippery slope and it will land on our doorstep one day one way or another. Trump did this so we can just take all your guns or lock you in a reeducation camp because you voted for Trump. Due process and the constitution are important pillars of the American society and hanging on by a razors edge not because of Trump or this specifically but it’s another layer.Doesn't matter. American citizens are legally entitled to representation. He's a US citizen so he gets representation. Full stop.
I'm 100% on board with deporting every single illegal. I'm not on board at all with denying citizens their rights, whether you think they need them or not. It's up to them to decide to waive their rights, not you or I. If he chooses to go on his own, that's fine. If not then deport the parent(s) and he becomes a ward of the state.
Here's where we dont hate the main stream media enough though. A woman with a young child is being rightfully deported. The you child is a birthright US citizen. One of two things happen. The child either stays with Mom and leaves the US, or the child stays here. The constitution differs. All US citizens have a right to remain in the country, barring extradition for a crime, even then it goes through courts. Your parent not being a US citizen isn't YOUR crime, and no citizen is responsible for others crimes, just your own.

1000 bucks? They can take that back to the shithole they came from and vivo mucho grande.Interesting plan. What do you all think of this? I don’t like paying illegals but I’ll bet it’s cheaper than hunting them down and removing them so I’m ok with it
Oh man you’re going to get it for saying that. All these Exec Orders sound great.... til the next dem gets in the WH and cancels them all.
