Section 265.00 Definitions: 26. "Rapid-fire modification device" means any bump stock, trigger crank, binary trigger system, burst trigger system, or any other device that is designed to accelerate the rate of fire of a semi-automatic firearm, rifle or shotgun.

Section 265.01-C: A person is guilty of criminal possession of a rapid-fire modification device when he or she knowingly possesses any rapid-fire modification device. Criminal possession of a rapid-fire modification device is a class A misdemeanor.

This video explains it with an animation that makes it much more clear what is happening. This is a true fully semi-automatic I didn't even know NY couldn't have "rapid fire modification devices". But I'm not surprised. Well carry on then.

Forced Reset does not increase fire rate... I would classify it as a fatigue diminisher! With trigger reset assured, there is less finger movement, less work, that's all. It still will only shoot as quick as you can "pull the trigger"...

Not more finger fatigue! That's it, that's all...
