The FBI was founded by Teddy Roosevelt by executive order, as his personal police force, and it can be undone by Congress, as it is basically a private army for whomever controls it.................it is like Xe............. has no reason to evict illegals as that is the BPs job..same with guns, that is the ATF's job...it has no charter and no defined job..........it is the Kings men only.
