Excuse me, the NEED for welfare? Really? Who's getting that welfare? Handouts to immigrants that have never contributed to the nation are not a priority. Sure, there is a national ethical benefit to assisting refugees. But, private charities can assist in that regard. Citizens of sovereign nations should not be subordinated to migrants in search of handouts.

By the way, this is exactly what is happening in New York right now. Our not-so-great state is importing migrants that have done little-to-nothing for this nation but who will eventually pledge fealty to the Liberal Progressive Democrat party. Our elected representatives are buying future votes to secure their power base with our tax dollars. Despicable!
