How the hell did pedophilia come up in this thread? I thought the thread was about legalizing incest. Pedophilia is illegal. So is marrying underage. So now we're left with two adults that are related and want to interact sexually. We can never stay on topic lol. This is akin to arguing that making guns legal will increase crime.

Also parents are allowed to sign off on underage marriages of those under 18 in most states if not all states. Incest marriages will breed this behavior if we allow them. A quick google search would tell you that you’re wrong about underage child marriages not being allowed. In fact some states allow kids as young as 12 to be married. Most are 15 or 16 with parental consent. Of course if your a father marrying your daughter I’m sure you’ll sign that paper giving that consent. See the connection now?

I disagree and it's a red herring. Legalizing incest can easily be assumed to be between 2 adults since sex with a minor is illegal. Yes. Polygamy leads to a lot of female and child abuse. I’d assume invest would lead to the same.
Sure I’m assuming a bit here but I’m just guessing this is an adult male trying to marry and sleep with his sub18 year old daughter. Sure I could be wrong.
Not sure it’s really taboo but prob leads to abuse of women, prostitution does the same. Drug use and abuse leads to lots of crime, stripping, prostitution, theft, homelessness and many other bad things. Bad and taboo may not be the same thing though.
Also I’m not sure if you are legally able to marry sub18 year olds I would guess sex to consummate the marriage and sex with your spouse is legal.

He looked over his shoulder & saw that the bear was closing on him ....He looked over his shoulder again, and the bear was even closer ....and then ..... he tripped and fell.
Rolling over to pick himself up, he found the bear was right on top of him .....reaching towards him with its left paw ...and raising the right paw to strike ...
At that instant the Atheist cried out,
"Oh my God!"
Time Stopped ...
The bear froze .....
The forest was silent ....
A bright light shone upon the man, and a voice came out of the sky ...
"You deny my existence for all these years, you teach others I don't exist and even credit creation to cosmic accident ....Do you expect me to help you out of this predicament?"
"Am I to count you as a believer?"
The atheist looked directly into the light ...."It would be hypocritical of me to suddenly ask you to treat me as a Christian now ...but perhaps you could make the BEAR a Christian?"
... a pause ...
"Very well," said the voice ...
The light went out.
The sounds of the forest resumed ...
And the bear dropped his right arm ....
brought both paws together ....
bowed his head & spoke ...
