In March 2018 the FBI presented notes taken by agents Pientka and Strzok, now they say they made a ‘mistake’.
For almost two years the DOJ misidentified, misattributed, and never corrected that the authors of the Flynn interview notes were actually reversed. All of the notes attributed to FBI Agent Peter Strzok actually were taken by FBI Agent Joseph Pientka, and vice-versa:

Boy oh boy. Several times in the interview there was an opening where Sidney could have said the case should be dismissed because of all this egregious mishandling. But, she didn’t. How do you get "fabricated"?

I will say over 20 years, I have seen FBI/USAO/DOJ/SEC/Insert name of some other agencies here mishandle evidence out of gross incompetence like you wouldn't want to know.

The previous scandle in Flynn's case is that statements attributed to Flynn were fabricated. This is why the 302s (notes about the interview) are so important.

I had county Grand Jury duty a few years back. It was more like a Star Chamber than anything else.

The system is so convoluted and opaque that once you're indicted, you're screwed.
