I just tried it. With the thumbs like that, I can't get my right hand to rest on the left side of the gun to support it properly.

I practice mostly point shooting. On steel torso targets it's pretty easy. On the small plates it's tougher. Speed is what increases difficulty when both using sights or not. For self defense training I honestly don't even see the point of using sights. You'd have to have quite a bit of distance from the target to even be able to use the sights.Don't complete blow this training off....
Some of it is really, really good. Point and shoot training is very good once you practice. No aiming, just shooting. I bet most here could not even come close to a target without aiming.
