I agree with this.
I oppose any laws that "allow" something. By default everything is allowed. Where to people get an idea laws "allow" things? Indoctrination.

Yep, more feel good dumbfuckery. There are already more than enough laws to cover this stuff and frankly, all stuff, but then like all these extra super laws there is just enough legal nuance to steal just another thin layer of liberty from the bill of rights.

I think the US had every law we needed in 1900.
You have to recognize that just because someone invents a new form of theft or fraud, you don't need a new law.
Theft and fraud were already illegal anyway.

Quasi related, but this is why I do not discuss my business with people. The less people know, the better. All it takes is one person getting pissed off at you and then you're 10k in legal bills, even if you're in the right. Lawyers, much like LEO, salivate at that chance to ruin lives.
