A friend of mine has a double barrel four bore.
Not sure how old it is but hes had it for a few years.
In an odd twist of fate, about 1 month after he bought it, he went bowling and herniated 2 discs in his back. He has not fired it sinse.
I will get a video of me firing it this weekend to post, might be good for a laugh.
Ive fired it a few times, its not that bad.....just make sure to clench your teeth. .....ask me how I know.
More than the recoil, the sound is very impressive.

And even if it did, Carl Gustaf 8.4 cm recoilless rifle - Wikipedia has entered the chat.


The JDJ is cool and all, but that's it. It is the largest caliber gun designed to mimic a traditional hunting rifle. That's a far cry from "biggest".
