I just read it.

This is bullshit, and an attack by the FBI and others in the deep state to try and bring Trump down. Trump supposedly had the right to declassify anything and everything while he was President. They are saying he doesn't or didn't do that.

I'd say it is time for SCOTUS to issue a ruling on that forth with. (And if so, then we will see Robert's true traitorous colors... I predict a 5 to 4 decision with Robert's part of the 4.)

Who knows, if President 45 somehow got hold of some "Epstien intelligence" or "DNC research" used to rescue Obamacare there is a chance Robert's name may be in some of the redaction. If not for Epstein Island, maybe his seaside boys only love nest, or perhaps his beard wife, or even an Epstien arranged baby adoption.

There is no evidence that he declassified any of it.

He has not stated when or where he did it. None of the documents had their "classified" or "top secret" stamps removed. There was no communication with any related agencies that the documents were declassified, nor with the National Archives.

If he did in fact not declassify them, he was possessing them in a possibly illegal manner.

He could have literally silently thought to him self on the way out of the white house "I should declassified that stuff" and it would be declassified.

The burden is on the DOJ to prove that he didn't.

Any investigation that doesn't have a plan to deal with that problem should never have been undertaken. It's fundamentally unethical to pursue an investigation you know cannot be prosecuted.
