Soros, Bill Gates and the like. It seems to me when Trump was in office and they had a couple of "caravans" marching north from/across the southern Mexican border they were more a slovenly, poor looking bunch coming from south and central America. Now they are a more well dressed and well fed group and many are coming across oceans to get there. Someone is paying them well.
