We've all experienced cold weather, but there's always something to be done about it. Throw on a sweater, turn up the heat, and check the weather forecast to know when to expect a break from the cold. But what if it ever got really cold outside, and it stayed that way. Furthermore, what if this mini Ice Age lasted for months on end, and your house didn't have electricity. This is exactly what happened in Europe in 1709. Temperatures plummeted to dozens of degrees below zero, and stayed that way. What's more, to this day we don't know why it happened. This cold snap even changed the balance of power globally. Interesting... What caused the freeze and ... It is a mystery to us.. say the experts.. Same folks that cry climate change every time the temp goes over a few degrees normal.... Folks say look the drought... out west....Some folks say that we had been in a wetter than normal weather pattern for the last hundred or so years. Now we are back to a normal weather pattern.. only now we have millions of more people using the water. .. Have to have a green lawn you know...Golf courses ..
