The permanent investigation and torment of Brett Kavanaugh follows a well-worn Democrat path.
There immediately launched an attempt to pressure Electors to change their votes, then an FBI-Democrat collusive attempt to undermine the presidency before it began, and a slow-motion coup to prevent the administration from governing. It’s still not over, as Democrats hurl themselves towards the cliff of impeachment.
After confirmation, but before the midterms, Dianne Feinstein promised to reopen the investigation of Kavanaugh if Democrats retook the Senate (they didn’t). Soon after the 2018 midterms after Democrats gained control of the House, incoming House Judiciary Chair Jerry Nadler signaled an intention to impeach Kavanaugh.


Today’s NY Times hit piece, which left out key details about a new accusation and the old discredited Ramirez accusation casting doubt on the reporting, has ignited calls from several leading Democrat presidential candidates and the social media mob to impeach Kavanaugh.

After they lost the 2016 election the Lawfare group immediately: (1) worked to delegitimize the presidency of Donald Trump; (2) delegitimize National Security Adviser General Flynn; (3) target, disempower and isolate AG Jeff Session; (4) delegitimize AG Bill Barr and the institution of the FBI outside their control; (5) delegitimize DHS, Border Patrol and Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE); and (6) delegitimize any institution or office that would now be removing or overturning their former Lawfare constructs.

What we are seeing today from the Lawfare Alliance appears as a designed effort to continue this overall agenda; now focused on delegitimizing the Supreme Court of the United States.

Agree. I was personally there when he drowned bag after bag of kittens back in the day. He used a substantial portion of his trust fund to purchase a kitty farm, and spend day after day drowning them. That is one sick dude!

Anyway, when I saw the headings yesterday I ignored them. until later in the day I saw one asserting that the person he did this to doesn't even remember it.

Trump is probably right: Brett needs to start suing for libel. NYtimes has no journalistic integrity.

The update included the significant detail that several friends of the alleged victim said she did not recall the purported sexual assault in question at all. The Times also stated for the first time that the alleged victim refused to be interviewed, and has made no comment about the episode.

The only firsthand statement concerning the supposed attack in the original piece, which was published on Saturday, came from a Clinton-connected lawyer who claimed to have witnessed it.

The Clinton deep state army has been waging war on the US for some time. One of those domestic enemies the Constitution warned about.

Surely we can all agree that news papers with wide circulation should not be posting extremely damaging accusations without a pretty good basis. This one absolutely lacks that. Fails, by a very wide margin, to even attempt to vet the story or serve as a reasonable basis for anything.

These papers, which appear to be made up of about 90% democrats (members in the media are disproportionately democrats by registration) will keep doing this until/unless they are slapped with heavy fines. Accusing somebody publicly of sexual assault must not be tolerated without a decent bit of evidence.
