This whole culture of passing laws for the sake of passing laws needs to stop and stop yesterday. Lawmakers should have to justify the reason, explain how it's going to work, how it's going to be funded, how it will be implemented and why it's constitutional and with verifiable data backing all of it up for every single section and subsection in the bill before it could even dream of being introduced.
