I thought this was an excellent summary of the recent supreme court cases. The conservative justices validate their decisions based on the constitution. The liberals don't even reference the constitution in their dissents, just liberal talking points.

I already knew this, but when I saw it in print, explained eloquently, my blood ran cold. A female fetus has all the eggs she will need to create an entire family of children in her adult life by the time that female fetus is at the end of the second trimester.

Later term abortions kill multiple generations.

Breyer was notorious for that. The oral arguments in Bruen were particularly ridiculous. He sounded like a New Jersey couple who stopped into a small town in Pennsylvania in late November. Had no idea what time of year it was.

"Oh, all these guns around. That seems so dangerous..."

They had just biked a rail trail that is used to access game lands.

One can have as many visions as one wants but there are certain fundamental inalienable natural rights that have been with us forever and helped up survive as species.
The darkest times in history have been when humans were stripped from any or all those rights.

The various governments derive their power from the consent of the governed, and this power they have been bestowed is dictated by the Constitution. What they are allowed, and not allowed, to do to The People.
By eliminating the Constitution they abrogate their power, which reverts back to The People, and become nothing more than an average citizen with no power.
At that point, it's "might makes right". How long do any of you think they will be able to hold on to their power? Every body-of-force in this Country is made up of volunteers. Does anyone think each and every one of those volunteers will willingly back an illegal occupying force?
